Following the obtainment of his degree, he spent a short time in state administration, then in 1982 he started his career as the Head of the Finance Department at Szellőző Művek. From 1984, he served as a chief accountant of different companies newly established in a small association form (kisszövetkezet), and in 1990 he established his own bookkeeping firm. In 2005 he became qualified as a Certified Auditor, and has been a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors since 2015. He is an associate partner of HÍD Könyvelőiroda Kft. since 2016, supervising professional work as a mandated head of the related work team.
