He graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest and subsequently gained experience in the financial sector at both domestic and multinational companies, including Malév, General Electric, and Erste Bank. Later, he supported Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises as a Chief Financial Officer. In 2024, he joined the Híd Consulting team, where he is responsible for establishing and developing the independent controlling division.

Worked as an auditor with KEHI from 2007, then from 2008 at ESZA Nonprofit Kft. associate organisation in charge of uncovering irregularities. From 2011, he served as the Deputy Head of the General Department for Law at the National Development Agency, supervising the specialist area of handling irregularities and complaints. From 2013 he worked as the Deputy Head of the Legal Department at ESZA Nonprofit Kft., and from 2014 as the Head of the Legal and Public Procurement Control Department of EU Programs, within the same organisation, then from 2017, he served as the Deputy Head of the Controlling General Department, and he supervised the activities of the Public Procurement Control Department. Since 2021, he has been the Managing Director of HÍD Pályázati Tanácsadó Kft.

Following the obtainment of his degree, he spent a short time in state administration, then in 1982 he started his career as the Head of the Finance Department at Szellőző Művek. From 1984, he served as a chief accountant of different companies newly established in a small association form (kisszövetkezet), and in 1990 he established his own bookkeeping firm. In 2005 he became qualified as a Certified Auditor, and has been a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors since 2015. He is an associate partner of HÍD Könyvelőiroda Kft. since 2016, supervising professional work as a mandated head of the related work team.

He served as an administrator at the Hungarian Tax and Financial Contol Administration from 2001, in the professional areas of legal procedures, public disclosure, and legal compliance. From 2007, he served as the Head of Department within the Tax Administration in charge of VAT audits prior to VAT refunds, then after obtaining 2 years of management experience, he was mandated to serve as the Head of the General Department at the Central-Hungarian Regional Directorate of the Tax Administration, in the area of Special Cases Audit Department, and coordinated high priority cases, both in terms of the scope of taxpayers, and their activities pursued. From 2010, he served as the Head of General Department of VAT Audits prior to VAT refunds, at the East-Budapest Tax Directorate of the Tax Administration, and from 2011, as the Head of General Department of the Audit Department of High Priority Taxpayers and Business Entities. Since 2014, he has been the Senior Executive of HÍD Adószakértő és Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt., and the professional leader of the tax area.

She started her professional career in 2001 at the Duties Office, and from 2007 she worked as a customer relations officer at the Directorate of Special Taxpayers of the Bureau for Taxation and Internal Revenue Service. In the context of the work at the Customer Relations Department her task was to manage the tax affairs of the businesses with the highest tax performance, covering several areas of expertise, with a complex approach. Between July 2011 and December 2012, she assisted the number one manager in the Board of Directors. After that, until 2022, she managed and coordinated the professional tasks of the area as deputy head of the Customer Relations Department. In the fall of 2022, she joined the Tax Expert team of HÍD Consulting.

He obtained his law degree at Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2009, with a summa cum laude distinction. From April 2011 to December 2012, he worked as a lawyer at the General Department for VAT Audits at the Tax Administration’s Central-Hungarian Regional Tax Directorate, the department being in charge of carrying out VAT audits prior to VAT refunds. He joined HÍD Adószakértő és Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt. in 2013, first as a lawyer, and since 2015, he has been acting as an Attorney-at-law, in charge of tax law matters.

From January 2008, he worked as an auditor at the Central-Hungarian Regional Directorate of the Tax Adminstration, first engaged in the area of inspections related to liquidation proceedings, then was transferred to the General Department for Special Cases, where his task was to work in the area of investigating tax fraud with complicated factual background. From December 2009 to September 2012 he worked at the Central-Hungarian Regional Directorate of the Tax Administration, and later, as a senior executive at the Eastern-Budapest Tax Directorate of the Tax Administration, supervising one of the departments being in charge of VAT reclaims prior to refund. From 2012, he served as a Senior Advisor at HÍD Adószakértő és Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt., and since 2020 he is the senior executive of the bookkeeping business field, in charge of developments.

He started his career as a foreign trade officer, then from 1993 he served as the Finance Manager of International Management for 5 years. He worked as a faculty member in several higher education institutions, teaching finance, and from 2004, served as a guest lecturer at the VIVES College in Belgium. From 2007, he worked as an auditor at the Tax Administration, being engaged in the transfer pricing review of high priority taxpayers and business entities, and performed the review of transfer price documentation, the transfer prices applied against market prices, and inspecting the real ownership of companies. From 2011 to 2015, he served as a senior analyst, being in charge of transfer price audits, and the decision making on APA applications. In 2016, he joined Híd Adószakértő as a transfer pricing specialist, and his main strength is identifying tax risks related to transfer pricing.

At the start of his career he worked as a tax auditor, then became the Head of Department, then the Head of the General Department at the Tax Administration. Afterwards, he was mandated to work as the Deputy Director of the Southern-Budapest Tax Directorate of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA), and then of the High Priority Tax and Customs Directorate, in charge of audits. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as a Director at the Eastern-Budapest Tax and Customs Directorate of NTCA, when he finished his state administration career, and joined the tax advisory team of HÍD Consulting, as an operational manager.

She obtained a degree as a judicial administration officer in 2019 at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, , and currently continues her studies at at the same institution training to be a lawyer. In 2017, she obtained work experience at the Southern-Budapest Tax and Customs Directorate of the Tax Administration as a trainee, then in February 2018, she joined the team of HÍD Adószakértő és Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt., where she currently works as a junior advisor.

After obtaining a Bsc degree in finance and accounting from the Corvinus University of Budapest, he also obtained his master’s degree in accounting in 2013. He started his career at an accounting office with a multinational background, whose main profile is the full-scale accounting and reporting of the domestic subsidiaries and branches of mostly multinational companies. In the meantime, he also obtained the qualifications of a tax consultant and certified public accountant in accordance with IFRS at the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors. He changed his job after 9 years, and he arrived at the Híd Accounting Office as the 3rd group leader in July 2022.

He started his career as a tax auditor at the Tax Administration in 1998. From 2001, he worked as a Department Head, and from 2007 managed the VAT audits prior to refunds, at the Budapest and Pest County region of the Tax Authority, serving as a Deputy Specialist Director in charge of audits. From 2009, he worked as a Specialist Director in charge of audits, performing VAT related audits, and supervised the operational and contribution payments within the Central-Hungarian Region of the Tax Administration, as well the risk management and selection activities of the same authority. Since 2012, he is one of the owners and the CEO of HÍD Adószakértő és Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt., and a founding partner of HÍD Consulting.

She’s been working in accountancy since 1998, first as a bookkeeper, then as a chief accountant, tax advisor, and controller. She has obtained an economist, a Chartered Accountant, a Tax Advisor and later on a law degree and qualifications. She’s been cooperating as a bookkeeper with Hajdu and Németh Law Firm since 2014, and since November 2020, serves as the Senior Officer of HÍD Könyvelőiroda Kft., overviewing the professional work.
